We are a New York City, home based company that deals mostly with swarovski stone jewelry. For those of you not familiar with swarovski, it is a lead crystal, luxury jewel that does not crack! We offer many gorgeous designs in various colors to match your needs! Check out our website for pictures and item details- all with ridiculously affordable prices!
Heres how to order!
Look through the pictures on the website, make your choice and email the item number to [email protected]. Please be aware that I have very limited pieces, about one per color for every design! Thats less than 140 pieces till I am all sold out!
If you are not satisfied with the pictures or the description on the website, you can email me for more pictures! Be warned, the pictures dont do justice to the actual items! For your convenience in making a decision, I can also arrange an in person meeting to show you the items at a mutual choice of location. =)
shipping policy:
Once you send me your choice of order(s), I take 3 days to handle and process the item. During this time, I will send you an invoice and ask you to send out your payment. I accept paypal, checks and cash. Once I receive your payment, I will send out your item right away! I charge a small cost of $1 per item for shipping. Shipping is done through USPS first class mail.
Return policy:
I do not accept returns!
Damage policy:
If I damage your item while handling it, I will return your money and offer you a 10% discount on your next order. If your item is damaged in the mail, I cannot return your money, as I am not responsible for the handling of the USPS. I ensure excellent packaging so no worries =)
